Some days, your schedule just doesn’t allow for a long workout, or maybe you are traveling and don’t have access to your local gym or at home equipment. I came across this quick and effective 20-minute workout that requires no equipment and can be done anywhere – even your bedroom or hotel room. It looks simple at a glance, but I can assure you it’s challenging.
