Rob Licata is the founder of Bodyology Personal Training. He is a graduate of Temple University where he received is BS in Sport and Recreation Management. He is recognized as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is also recognized by Titleist as a Level 2 Golf Fitness Instructor.
While playing baseball at Temple, Rob found his passion for health, fitness and helping people achieve their fitness goals. With over 7 years of experience, Rob has trained individuals on all different fitness levels. He understands that everyone has different goals and is persistent to help each one of his clients succeed.
Rob creates effective exercise programs utilizing free weights, circuit training, core conditioning, cardiovascular training, kettle bells and TRX suspension training.
